Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by SPLA Games, including but not limited to UEFN maps, Verse code, designs, graphics, and documentation, are protected by copyright law and owned by SPLA Games.

2. Client Rights

Upon full payment for commissioned work, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for their intended commercial or personal purposes. This includes the right to publish, distribute, and monetize the content within the Fortnite ecosystem.

3. SPLA Games Rights

SPLA Games retains the right to:

• Use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Reference our work in case studies and testimonials
• Reuse general coding techniques and methodologies in future projects
• Create derivative works based on our original concepts

4. Third-Party Content

Any third-party assets, libraries, or resources used in our projects remain the property of their respective owners. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use any third-party content they request to be incorporated into their projects.

5. Copyright Infringement

SPLA Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our clients to do the same. We will not create content that infringes on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. DMCA Compliance

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

7. Source Code

Custom Verse code created for clients becomes their property to use but not own upon payment, SPLA Games retains the right to use similar programming patterns, algorithms, and general approaches in future projects for other clients and to re-use the system created.

8. Attribution

While not required, we appreciate attribution when clients showcase work created by SPLA Games. This helps us continue providing high-quality services to the community.
