Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At SPLA Games, we strive to deliver high-quality custom UEFN maps and Verse programming services. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • SPLA Games fails to deliver the agreed-upon project
  • The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications
  • Technical issues on our end prevent project completion
  • Cancellation request made before work has begun

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Client changes their mind after work has commenced
  • Client provides unclear or changing requirements
  • Client fails to respond to communications for more than 7 days
  • Work has been completed and delivered according to specifications
  • Client requests features beyond the original scope without additional payment

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has partially begun, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed. Clients may be entitled to a partial refund for undelivered portions of the project.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
  • Access to services continues until the end of the paid period

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our Discord server or direct communication
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for review and response
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

7. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and potential legal action to recover costs and fees.
