1. General Refund Policy
At SPLA Games, we deliver high-quality custom UEFN maps and Verse programming. Due to the custom nature of our work, all refunds are non-negotiable except as explicitly stated below.
2. Standard Refund Eligibility (< $200 Orders)
Full refunds may be considered only under these circumstances:
- SPLA Games fails to deliver any/part of the product
- Technical issues on our end prevent project completion
- Cancellation requested before work begins
3. High-Value Orders ($200+): Tiered Protection
For orders $200 and above, we provide enhanced flexibility:

4. Non-Refundable Situations (All Orders)
No refunds in these cases:
- Client changes mind after work commenced
- Client provides unclear/changing requirements
- Client fails to respond >7 days
- Work completed and delivered
- Requests beyond original scope without payment
- Payment made >30 days ago
5. Partial Refunds
- < $200: Case-by-case for undelivered portions
- $200+: Max 50% after 2-day window (per §3)
- All partials require Discord discussion and mutual agreement
6. Subscription Services
- Cancel anytime (end of billing period)
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Access continues until period ends
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact via Discord with order details + reason
- $200+ orders: Specify if requesting within 2-day window
- Response within 5 business days
- Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days
8. Chargebacks
Contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Legal action to recover full amount + fees
- Permanent ban from SPLA Games
