SPLA Games provides custom UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite) map creation and Verse programming services. We specialize in creating professional, high-quality gaming experiences for Fortnite Creative.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through our secure payment processing systems. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the delivered content for their intended purposes. SPLA Games retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise. SPLA Games owns all ownership of any systems or products created under their name, however clients may use these products and systems freely but can not claim ownership or re-sell.

5. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and scope. Clients will be kept informed of progress throughout the development process.

6. Limitation of Liability

SPLA Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
